Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with the item you purchased from Oranjolly. Otherwise you can return it for a refund or a like to like exchange.

Steps to return an item:

1. Check validity of return.

2. Fill in the REVOCATION FORM and click Send

3. Carefully pack the item and send it to our warehouse

4. You will be notified by email when the item reaches our warehouse and we will proceed the refund

5. Wait for the money to appear in your account

The buyer has the right to cancel his order or to return the item without stating a reason, in 30 days after receiving the order. He can request a refund or a like to like exchange.The buyer must inform Oranjolly on his decision to return the product/products by email at and attach the completed Revocation Form supplied by Oranjolly.

However, the buyer is responsible to support the costs of returning the order to Oranjolly.

Buyers has the right to use any shipping method. We advise clients to request tracking number or proof of delivery, this way they will know exactly when the item reaches our warehouse. In case any item goes missing or gets damaged, we cannot accept responsibility. 

During the trial period of 30 days, the buyer must carefully handle the product and keep the original undamaged packaging. If the buyer considers returning the item, he should only test the item to determine whether he will/will not keep the item.

After receiving the item, Oranjolly will verify the condition of the item and credit the buyer within 14 days, to the same account that the buyer used to pay the order.No credit applies for costs of the return shipment.

Oranjolly has the right not to accept returns for item that have been clearly used, damaged, or are not complete. 

Oranjolly shall refund the amount paid as soon as possible, and always within 14 days after the client communicates their decision to withdraw from the contract.We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return.

After you have received your email please allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Before you decide to return an item, please make sure:

- the item is unused and in a saleable condition

- the item has the original packaging intact

- item is complete with the accessories

- the item has not been worn or use repeatedly

- parcel is packed properly 

- return address is correct

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
